Welcome to Trikal Store. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Trikal Store website and its products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on Trikal Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree that the product you purchase is a made-to-order item and that all transactions are governed by the laws of India.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Nature: All products are sold on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis and are unique to each order.

  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

  • Pricing: All prices displayed are inclusive of GST/Taxes, unless stated otherwise (e.g., COD charges).

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may request to cancel your order only before the printing/fulfillment process begins (typically within 4 hours of placing the order). Once the order is sent to production (Print-on-Demand), cancellation is not possible.

  • Cancellation by Trikal Store: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect address, suspected fraud, unavailability of product stock (rare in POD, but possible with raw material), or payment failure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trikal Store or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Use of our content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City/State in India where Trikal Store is registered].

6. Limitation of Liability

Trikal Store, including its fulfillment partners (Qikink), shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
