Returns and Exchange Policy | Trikal Store

Our apparel is made especially for you when you place an order. Due to the Print-on-Demand (POD) nature of our business, we can only offer returns or exchanges under specific conditions, primarily relating to quality issues or damage.

1. Return Eligibility Window

All claims for returns, replacements, or refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return/Replacement

Trikal Store provides a free replacement or full refund (to original payment method) only if the product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error:

  1. Manufacturing Defect: The product has a noticeable defect (e.g., permanent stain, stitching error).

  2. Misprint/Misalignment: The design print is noticeably misaligned, faded, or incorrect compared to the order.

  3. Damage in Transit: The product arrived clearly damaged due to courier mishandling.

  4. Wrong Item Shipped: We sent you the wrong product, color, or size different from what you ordered.

Mandatory Proof for Claims

To claim a return or replacement for any of the above reasons, you must provide the following visual evidence:

  • Unboxing Video: A complete, uncut video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.

  • Photographs: Clear images of the defective area and the entire product.

  • Original Packaging: Photos of the shipping label and outer courier packaging.

3. Non-Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

Due to the unique nature of Print-on-Demand, we cannot offer returns or free exchanges for:

Wrong Size Ordered

The customer is responsible for ordering the correct size. Please check the detailed size chart before placing your order.

Buyer’s Remorse

You simply changed your mind after delivery.

Color Discrepancy

Colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to monitor color settings. This is not considered a defect.

Damage During Unboxing

Damage caused by sharp objects (like scissors) while opening the package.

Solution for Wrong Size Ordered

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time goodwill discount code to repurchase the correct size at a subsidized cost, but we cannot accept the original product back.

4. Initiation Process

To request a replacement or initiate a refund for an eligible reason:

  1. Email us at support@trikalstore.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the claim.

  3. Attach the mandatory Unboxing Video and photos as specified above.

  4. Our team will review the evidence and respond within 48 business hours with the approval or next steps.

5. Refunds

  • Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
