At Trikal Store, we are committed to delivering your unique, made-to-order apparel efficiently and securely across India. Please read our shipping policy to understand our process and timelines.

1. Our Order Fulfillment Process (Print-on-Demand)

Since all our products are custom-printed just for you, our process involves two main stages:

  • Processing & Production Time: 2 to 3 business days.

    • This is the time required to confirm your order, print the design onto the garment, and perform quality checks. This step occurs before the item is handed over to the courier.

  • Shipping Time: 3 to 7 business days.

    • This is the transit time taken by our delivery partners to get the package from the fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination pin code and courier service availability.

2. Shipping Charges and Tracking

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products in your order and your delivery location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for select pin codes, subject to a nominal, non-refundable COD fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Return to Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Shipments

If an order is returned to our fulfillment center (RTO) due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, customer not available, delivery refused):

  1. Trikal Store will contact you to verify the address and re-ship the order.

  2. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

  3. If the customer does not wish to proceed with re-shipment, the customer will be issued Store Credit for the value of the product(s) only. The original shipping fee and any COD charges are non-refundable.
